Special Sevas

Abhishekam

Devotees may sponsor Abhishekam to the deity with Panchamrutam (milk, curd, ghee, honey, and sugar). This sacred bath is performed with Vedic chanting and invokes divine blessings.

Archana

A personal prayer offering in the name of the devotee and family. The priest recites the 108 or 1008 names of Lord Narasimha on your behalf for divine grace and protection.

Sahasranama Archana

Recitation of the 1000 names (Sahasranama) of Lord Vishnu or Lord Narasimha. A powerful prayer for spiritual merit, protection from negativity, and divine blessings.

Kalyanotsavam

The sacred celestial wedding ceremony of Sri Lakshmi and Lord Narasimha. Devotees may sponsor this seva for family well-being, marital harmony, and prosperity.

Pallaki Seva

The deity is carried in a beautifully decorated palanquin around the temple premises. This seva is performed during festivals and on special occasions by request.

Annadanam

Sponsoring free meals for devotees and visitors. Annadanam (food offering) is considered one of the most meritorious acts of service in Hindu tradition.

Sacred Mantras

These sacred mantras are chanted during worship of Lord Narasimha for protection, courage, and divine grace.

Narasimha Beej Mantra

"Om Ugram Veeram Mahavishnum Jvalantam Sarvato Mukham, Nrisimham Bheeshanam Bhadram Mrityur Mrityum Namaamyaham"

Translation: "I bow down to Lord Narasimha who is fierce, valorous, the great Vishnu, blazing on all sides, terrifying yet auspicious, the death of death itself."

Lakshmi Narasimha Mantra

"Om Shri Lakshmi Narasimhaya Namaha"

Translation: "Salutations to Lord Lakshmi Narasimha." Chant 108 times for combined blessings of wealth and protection.

Prahlada's Prayer

"Om Namo Bhagavate Narasimhaya"

Translation: "Om, I bow to the divine Lord Narasimha." The prayer of the young devotee Prahlada that invoked God's manifestation.
